pgkn Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pgkn ("the Platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("Player", "you") who registers an account or uses any service provided through pgkn.pro. These Terms apply to all aspects of the pgkn platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, game play, and customer support interactions.

pgkn is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. All transactions on pgkn are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). By using pgkn, you confirm that you are accessing the platform voluntarily and that you understand the nature of online gaming, including the risk of financial loss.

These Terms should be read alongside the pgkn Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and pgkn.

2 Eligibility

To register and use pgkn, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing pgkn from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of pgkn.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pgkn for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on pgkn. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. pgkn relies on the information you provide to process payments and verify your identity when required.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pgkn support immediately at [email protected].
• pgkn will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4 Deposits

pgkn accepts deposits in BDT via bKash and Nagad. All deposits are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though pgkn reserves the right to apply limits in specific circumstances.

• Deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pgkn does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are outside pgkn's control.
• If a deposit does not appear in your pgkn account within ten minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• pgkn reserves the right to request verification of a deposit source if there is reason to suspect fraudulent activity.

Deposited funds are held in your pgkn account balance and are available for use on any game within the platform. Deposits cannot be reversed once confirmed — if you wish to withdraw funds, use the standard withdrawal process.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on pgkn are processed to the same bKash or Nagad wallet used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. pgkn processes withdrawals within five minutes under standard conditions.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party wallets are not permitted.
• pgkn does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard processing times apply unless your account is under review.
• If your account is flagged for verification, withdrawal processing may be temporarily paused until the review is complete.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• pgkn reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pgkn offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all pgkn bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless pgkn explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• pgkn reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or any other method constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual bonus terms.

pgkn reviews bonus activity regularly. Players found to be abusing the bonus system will have their accounts reviewed and may be permanently excluded from future promotions or from the platform entirely.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on pgkn — including slots, live dealer games through W Live, Andar Bahar, Texas Hold'em, Monkey King, Dinner Delights, and Circus Delight — operate under certified fair gaming standards. RNG-based games use independently verified random number generation. Live dealer games use physical outcomes observed in real time.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the system. pgkn does not reverse confirmed game outcomes except in cases of verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome, pgkn will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with its error resolution policy. Affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• pgkn reserves the right to void bets placed under irregular circumstances, including but not limited to system errors, software faults, or suspected manipulation.
• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Game rules are accessible within each game on the platform.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pgkn. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Opening or using more than one account on pgkn.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any other fraudulent payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with pgkn games or systems.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through coordinated or systematic methods not intended by pgkn.
• Money laundering: Using pgkn to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour directed at pgkn staff or other players.
• Impersonation: Registering under another person's identity or using another person's payment credentials.

9 Responsible Gaming

pgkn is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, and we encourage all players to use them. The following tools are available to all pgkn account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Session reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from pgkn. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

10 Privacy & Data

pgkn collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on pgkn, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. Key points include:

• Transaction data is retained for the period required by applicable financial regulations.

11 Limitation of Liability

pgkn provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. pgkn's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant event.

• pgkn is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• pgkn is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to read or understand game rules.
• pgkn is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• In the event of a platform error that results in incorrect game outcomes or payment amounts, pgkn's liability is limited to correcting the error and restoring the affected balance to its correct state.

12 Account Termination

Either you or pgkn may terminate your account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact pgkn support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered mobile wallet, provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply.

pgkn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to pass identity verification when required.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or pgkn staff.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pgkn reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. pgkn will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player where it is legally permissible to do so.

13 Changes to These Terms

pgkn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of pgkn after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, pgkn will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact information held on their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
